Social Media Coordinator and Moderator

Beginning full time upon graduation in May 2020.  Main responsibilities of the role are collaborating with advertising agencies and online influencers to help support new product launches, garnering UGC for social fuel, implementing a yearly social calendar for content publishing, engaging in online forums to provide brand information , and responding to comments on all social channels.

Collaborate with communications and research staff to create graphics, press releases, and content for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages. Runs analytics on social media and creates strategies to increase engagement. Promotion to Strategic Communications Manager in May 2018.

Created and implemented influencer marketing program for new product consumer launch. Analyzed visual assets for 43 competitive companies for internal use. Updated 403 manuals on website for repair technicians to reflect current brand style. Production assisted on week long photo shoot and worked trade show.

Working toward degrees in advertising and language and culture of Spanish speaking countries. 2019 recipient of the Beth Walters Peterson award for advertising copywriting. Expected graduation in May 2020.
